In order to evaluate innovations in nutrition and health, Grupo Nutresa focuses on the nutritional balance of the product considering its energy, sodium, saturated fat and sugars contribution, as well as its content of protein, fiber and fuit percentage, vegetables, legumes, nuts, olive seeds and oil, rapeseed and walnut.

For 2030, Grupo Nutresa has set a target that 50% of its product innovations meet the nutrition and health criteria.
