In the Ordinary Meeting held on March 22, 2022, Grupo Nutresa S. A. Shareholders reelected the firm PwC Contadores y Auditores S. A. S. as the External Auditor of the Company, for the Statutory period April 2022 to March 2023; the firm will designate the respective public accountants to perform the positions of principal, first alternate and second alternate.
