Grupo Nutresa acquires control of Inversionista Alcora and its subsidiaries
24 October, 2025Grupo Nutresa reports that, together with the other shareholders of Inversionista Alcora S.A. (“Alcora”), a Panamanian company, they have approved the partial spin-off of its assets. As a result of this transaction, as of today, Grupo Nutresa S.A. acquires control of Alcora and its subsidiaries, including Productos Yupi S.A.S.
