Grupo Nutresa assumes control of Alimentos Yupi S.A.
17 June, 2025Grupo Nutresa S. A. announces that it has signed an Assignment of Political Rights agreement by virtue of which it assumes control of Alimentos Yupi S. A., a company domiciled in Ecuador dedicated to the production and commercialization of food under the Yupi brand.
