Grupo Nutresa believes in a corporate transformation based on volunteering!

On March 28, in collaboration with Comfama, Interactuar, Grupo Argos, Naf-Naf, Protección, Haceb, Corbeta, Microsoft, Grupo Éxito and TCC, Grupo Nutresa set in motion its volunteering program focused on Business Development and Mentorships for Awareness-Driven Companies.

With this initiative, the Organization intends to train microenterprise entrepreneurs by means of mentorships supported by volunteers, enabling them to discover and implement leading practices and experiences in the business world.

Grupo Nutresa will join the other companies and volunteers in multiple sessions over a 6-month period to talk about subjects related to conscious capitalism, such as leadership, higher purpose, culture and stakeholders. The aim of these talks is to enable the companies to become more aware of the role they play in their territories and how, based on their principles, they can work in pursuit of their sustainability and the well-being of their employees.
