2 July, 2019Grupo Nutresa, through its subsidiary Abimar Foods, Inc., incorporated the US company Kibo Foods LLC, which is a company that will produce through third parties, and will commercialize some of the corporate group products in the US.
The new company was incorporated in the State of Texas, USA, Grupo Nutresa indirectly holds 100% of its ownership, and its incorporation didn’t require an initial capital contribution.
