Request to call an extraordinary meeting of the Shareholders’ Assembly

S., holding more than 25% of the share capital, have requested today to call an extraordinary meeting of the Shareholders’ Assembly to proceed with the election of the Board of Directors. Consequently, a meeting will be summoned, and it will be held on June 20 in Medellin.
