Sale of the Company’s Equity Stake in Bimbo de Colombia S.A.
14 May, 2025Grupo Nutresa S.A. entered into an agreement with the Spanish companies BB Global Investing Holding S.L.U. and Bakery Iberian Investments, S.L., through which it agreed to sell to the latter the shares it holds in Bimbo de Colombia S.A., representing 39.99% of the outstanding shares of said company.
