Acquisition of assets of a cattle slaughterhouse

Alimentos Cárnicos S. A. S., an affiliate of Grupo Nutresa S.A., has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire assets of a cattle slaughterhouse in Cesar, Colombia, once authorization of the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio(1) has been granted and other conditions have been met. Commercial value of the assets to be acquired is COP$25 billion. The operation is meant to strengthen the supply chain of Grupo Nutresa’s cold cut business unit.
