Amendment to the Code of Good Governance

Grupo Nutresa S. A. hereby announces that its Board of Directors has decided to amend the Code of Good Governance.

Modifications were made to (i) implement the new ethics program, which consists of practices to fight corruption and bribery, and any other conduct related to illegal activities such as money laundering and financing of terrorism, and (ii) update the Code according to new practices of good governance.
