Bylaws amendment

By means of Public Deed No. 4441, executed on December 19th at Notary 20 of Medellin, numeral 6 of article 78 of the company’s bylaws was amended. The complete text of the bylaws is available at the company’s website gruponutresa.com
The aforementioned bylaws amendment was approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting in an
extraordinary session, held on November 21st.
