End of tax claim processes
20 September, 2019The tax-related dispute between the Chilean companies that are part of the Tresmontes Lucchetti Business, Grupo Nutresa’s subsidiary companies, and Chile’s Internal Tax Service (SII) has been settled. The discrepancy was related to certain resolutions issued by said Chilean authority in 2016, which disputed the 2014 income tax returns filed by the Tresmontes Lucchetti companies and the recognition of the tax effects of the corporate rearrangements performed.
