10 September, 2021Through its subsidiary companies Tresmontes Lucchetti Inversiones S. A. (Chile) and Tresmontes Lucchetti México S. A. de C. V. (Mexico), Grupo Nutresa incorporated Aliados Comerciales Alternativos. S de R.L. de C.V., a company whose corporate purpose will be the commercialization of mass consumption products.
This new company, which will be headquartered in Mexico City, will be fully owned by Grupo Nutresa, and its start-up capital investment amounts to USD 10,000.
