held on june 21 2022, Mrs. Juana Francisca Llano Cadavid, Mr.
Gonzalo Alberto Pérez Rojas and Mr. Jorge Mario Velásquez Jaramillo,
submitted their resignation as Directors of Grupo Nutresa S. A. Their
resignations shall be effective once the Shareholders Meeting decides on a new
appointment
