Registration of the bylaws amendment

The Chamber of Commerce of Medellin has informed that the Public Deed number 1.312 dated 11 April 2019, executed at Notary 20 of Medellin, which records the bylaws amendment -regarding the number of members that will integrate the Board of Directors and its operation-, has been registered in the Commercial Registry.
