Start of the Company’s Stock Buyback process

The Company’s Board of Directors, through the Commission designated for such effect, has decided to start the buyback operations via the Colombian Stock Exchange’s transactional systems, according to the Shares Buyback Program Rules approved by the Board of Directors on April 30th, 2021.

Today, the Company completed the process established on the regulations (Reglamento and Circular Única in Spanish) of the Colombian Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Valores de Colombia S.A.), which was necessary to start the process of the Company’s stock buyback under the aforementioned terms, and announces the start of the corresponding transactions.
