Summons to the annual shareholder’s meeting

On January 29, 2021, the Board of Directors instructed to convene the ordinary meeting of the Shareholders Assembly, which will take place on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at 10:00 h in Plaza Mayor. The summons were published on February 14, 2021, in local newspaper El Colombiano.
