Grupo Nutresa joins the Alliance for Medellín’s secondary education

Grupo Nutresa is convinced that education is the key to move forward towards a future filled with opportunities and personal growth. That is why, in collaboration with the Medellín Education Secretariat, the Sura Foundation, the Natura Institute and Corpoeducación, the creation of the Alliance for Secondary Education was formalized.

The Alliance is an initiative intended to transform secondary education in Medellín by providing students with the necessary tools for a successful employment future.

Its objective is to benefit 24 education institutions across the city, looking to manage solutions for the issues facing the city’s education establishments.

The proposed Policy for the Secondary Education Transformation is intended to contribute answers for the challenges facing the youth in our territory, to produce a positive impact on their trajectory across the system’s levels (from basic to secondary, and from secondary to post-secondary education), and to transform their tenure in the secondary education level into a significant moment for making decisions with an added and differential value in our education system.

We will continue working together on consolidating alliances and partnerships that enable us to keep making a positive contribution to the strengthening of our country’s secondary education.
