Grupo Nutresa participated in Latam Mobility 2023!

Grupo Nutresa is committed to preserving the planet. This is why, on June 6 and 7, the Organization participated in the “Latam Mobility 2023” event, which was held in the Medellín Botanical Garden. There, we were able to share and discuss the issues and challenges facing our industry when exploring innovative solutions that promote sustainable mobility and decarbonization across the region.

During the event, María Solange Sánchez, Grupo Nutresa’s environmental leader, participated in the Discussion Panel on Decarbonization in Colombian Companies along with Ana María Uribe –Sustainability Manager in Argos–, Andrés Felipe –Sustainability Specialist from Grupo Isa–, Miguel Andrés Rocha –Regenera Manager in Cemex Colombia S. A.– and María Fernanda Ballestero –TGI’s Sustainability Director–. The objective of the panel was to discuss the initiatives each organization is carrying out with the aim of fulfilling the current goals of our society.

This type of scenarios encourages us to continue implementing actions focused on minimizing the emissions released into the atmosphere by means of energy efficiency, the use of alternative energies and clean technologies and the efficient use of commodities and raw materials in the production, distribution and logistics across all our operations.
