Grupo Nutresa has filed a criminal complaint with the Colombian Attorney General’s Office for the alleged irregularities in the assignment and processing of the lawsuit that is being handled by the Superintendencia de Sociedades with file number 2022-800-00353, presented by JGDB Holding S.A.S. and Nugil S.A.S. against, among others, Grupo Nutresa.
